Brandon Butler joins signac maintainers

The maintainers voted to add a new maintainer this past week, Brandon Butler. Brandon has previously served as a committer to the project, and is excited to take on more responsibility for the project as a maintainer. Brandon’s biggest contribution to the project thus far is the addition of operation groups to signac-flow. As a maintainer, he is eager to focus on big picture items for signac and its future.
